Incredibly helpful & friendly staff. Fresh juice, motorbike rental, clean towels & linen. Their tips on where to go/eat were great!! The staff works so hard & they are so kind. Location is in between Ho May Mountain Park & the beach so you will find everything around you. A famous Banh Khot restaurant is on the street, #42. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is Vietnamese standard, could be cleaner, no mold is a plus & good fan & AC. Thanks Judy & Rose for making our trip special!!

Absolutely beautiful room & view from the balcony! Pool was so nice at night. It would be nice if the bus ran later so people could take it to go to dinner or out at night instead of worrying getting ripped off by xe om's. The staff was not as nice as other hostels in Viet Nam though, it was a full hotel & you could see the stress in the staff. Manicure was mediocre for the price...cheap nail polish no good... Great breakfast though! The bus ticket to Da Nang was so expensive!!! Bargain for it.

The staff was AMAZINGLY NICE & FRIENDLY & HELPFUL in every way we needed them. We only had one day & the staff made sure we got to the right sights even though we arrived after noon. The only minor detail is the standard of cleanliness. While the bathroom seemed too dirty to my friend, it was very normal to me since I live in Viet Nam. Just clean the bathroom really good, guys!!!

The dorm room was spacious, lockers are good, showers are warm only thing that can be an issue is the only two toilets for the entire dorm floor. David however made my stay so memorable & welcoming. He is always happy, laughing & going out of his way to help everyone. I miss laughing with him! I arrived at the backpackers hostel when I had booked the garden hostel one time & he took me to there on his motorbike without hesitation! He makes sure everyone is having a good time. Miss you David!

This hostel is very fun for meeting people and the rooms are pretty good. David made my stay especially entertaining! He's so nice and always happy and willing to help everyone. He works hard to make sure everyone is having a good stay especially when you're hanging out outside or in the common area. He made my stay memorable. Miss you David!
