This is by far the most disorganized, unprofessional, and ridiculous hostel I have ever stayed in. The owner seems to run a dictatorship with his entirely volunteer staff, barking at them and loosing his temper frequently over small problems. They overbook themselves constantly because they're so disorganized, so be prepared to potentially suffer for that. There's no wifi, bad aircon, no respect, lots of people had their stuff stolen, just don't come here if you want to be treated pleasantly.
Dear, after you did not inform us you wanted to extend your stay in time my staff went out of their way to try and accommodate you and move you to a different bed as your bed was booked. Your reply to them doing their best to try and help you was to say " i dont want to move my stuff" . We did not want to extend your stay after that as you were asked to pay on numerous occasions and always had some excuse. We have not had one double booking to date, and we hope to keep it like that. I did not want to extend your stay as you gave us too many problems and for that you now choose to leave a very bad review. Enjoy your wedding. Best regards, the dictator.

Great little hostel if you're looking to relax and rejuvenate. It's gotta little kitchen, bed cubes, the whole nine yards! The guy who owns it is also a gem. 10/10! Thank you Stone for being so kind.

The actual room was a wonderful accommodation; very clean, new, and comfortable. However the staff here is awful. There is no one ever at reception, with the exception of one or two staff they are very rude. Made a mistake with our bus ticket booking, over-charged us, and were overall very rude and unhelpful with a situation that was completely their fault. If you want a pleasant social/customer service experienced, don't stay here

This place is very nice! Comfy beds, great air con, best wifi we've had, hot showers, free breakfast. Everything you could ask for at an affordable price! If you're looking to splurge on a private room, this is your place! The man who runs this is also very kind and hard working, would stay again!

RETOX! It's a blast! From spa parties to strawpedos to the jäger train, every single night (and day) there is something to do and an excuse to drink. The staff is one loving adorable family who will do everything they can to make sure you're comfortable and having a great time, and the bar downstairs is great. Physically it's a little rough around the edges, but they clean frequently! Retox is the best for what a party hostel could offer!

The flying pig beach hostel is a great accomdidation: if you are in fact, a pig. It was very dirty, showers were filthy and the rooms were a mess. The shower pressure was literally a trickle of water from a hole in the wall... The beach area is beautiful, but very hard to see Amsterdam. Not some place I would stay again
