We cater to budget-orientated travellers in the centre of Kitzbhel, in the Austrian Tirol.

Our dorm rooms sleep four or six people, while our double and twin rooms have satellite TV.

Our guests enjoy a free self-service breakfast, free coffee and tea all day, free Wi-Fi, all-day hot showers, DVDs and satellite TV in English, German and more. We also have BBQs for guest use, a garden, a drinks machine with beer, storage for bikes, skis, snowboards, etc, a communal kitchen and a comfy common room. Theres also laundry facilities, airport transfer and fast Internet for a small fee.

Were close to all restaurants, bars and nightclubs in the area, five minutes from Hahnenkamm ski lift and ten to the Kitzbheler Horn.

Kitzbuhel is an outdoor persons paradise, with mountain biking, hiking, climbing, horse riding, gold, swimming, paragliding, skydiving, canyoning, rafting, skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and pretty much anything that involves snow.

Please note that we have a laid-back atmosphere; therefore we dont accept male-only groups, stag parties or pets.

From the 1st of May 2014 there is an additional city tax due - which is not included in the rates. This city tax is €1.80 per person per night, and is due on arrival.
