This hostel was nice enough, but less so if you're staying in a top bunk. There is nothing to hold as you navigate the vertical ladder, and both tall and short people in my room struggled. There are also no outlets on half of the room and no bed lights or shelves. On my first day, the cleaning staff remade all of the beds, including someone who'd been there for a few days, but my second morning, everything was left untouched. Somewhat reasonable price, good location, odd facilities/service.

It's a really nice hostel in the middle of Maribor. Great location, great building, too. It's run by a hotel, so you get maybe less of a hostel experience, but also more of a hotel experience - something inbetween. Cleaner, but less quirky. The biggest downside was that they don't have an AC, just a big fan, so we slept with open window, which was still very warm in a room that had been heated up by the sun all day. It was very quiet outside, though, and no mosquitos, so ok
