The staff was really nice, however they were never present. We had to run around lookong for them. the security was poorly, they took our passports as deposition but just tossed them in a drawer without locks. And the reception was never closed or locked so anyone could just have walked in there with our passports laying around. Other than that, ok hostel, privat rooms were great. Ok breakfast.

I was the first one to arrive after Tet and they took care if me and made me feel welcome, still love them after they accidentally shut the water off. across from Tiger Hostel and right where the sleeper bus drops you off and picks you up

I booked and payed for my stay, just to get a notice, that they are currently closed. They still kept my money though.
