Everything was almost perfect. Staff was super-friendly. Dorm was comfortable. Lounge area was also good. There was no moop to clean the bath after the shower. And our shared bath had a bit smell. Also we were not lucky with our roommates. Earplugs are must to have.

This hostel is located in the Red Light area and there was lots of prostitution in the immediate vicinity. I wouldn’t have felt safe as a female if I hadn’t been travelling with boys! The receptionist is quite unfriendly as other reviews have said, and the bunks are not the nice private bunker styles. We also stayed in La Troupe La Granja in Bilbao and much preferred that hostel.
