Check-in staff were quite rude and seemed to take ages just to sort our prebooked private room. Bed was uncomfortable and the room didn't look like it had been cleaned apart from the bed sheets being changed. Common areas seemed fine but the toilets/showers were pretty grim, didn't look like they'd been cleaned in a long time. There's a certain element of you get what you pay for with hostels but I've stayed in much nicer places in a similar price bracket. Location in Tanah Rata is good though.

just a regular place, with horrible wifi conection that sended me some viruses to my iphone and is still causing me a lot of problems. the kitchen is a joke, not a kitchen, you cant cook nothing and there are no cooking utensils, not to mention cold all the time. management is indian, so a lot of stupiditys as only indians can do it.
