This was literally the worst hostel I have ever been to. There is a check in time at 8pm and my friend was late (due to a delayed flight) and the staff kicked her out and did not refund her. They wouldn’t allow her to even stay on the premise and charge her phone to go somewhere else, they were persistent she leave (it was after midnight) on the street. The rooms are full of mosquitos and there is no AC so you might as well accept that you will get eaten alive. Staff was extremely rude also.

The bathroom in our room (6 beds) just flooded and the receptionist’s initial reaction was to tell me to clean it before he even fixed the problem. Eventually he gave us a different room, but the bathroom was very far and shared between several rooms. Even before I arrived I asked to check in a few minutes late and the reply was rude and unclear. Worst hostel I’ve been to.

The location is great for those who want to tour around Milan, the bathroom is out side of the bedroom, it is clogged. The bathroom is structured in a very weird way. Whil taking a shower there will be cold and very hot Water. You are not given any key. Definatly not safe
