So… where to start.
The staff was quite friendly and location was pretty good. Thats about the only good things I can say. Our room was extremely dirty. There wasn’t a door on the toilet. The shower was dripping. We didn’t have a key to our door, and the owner had to break it open every time we wanted to get inside. Website says breakfast could be bought extra. This wasn’t true. The room had holes in the walls, and so the road was very loud and mosquitos got in everywhere. There were almost no outlets in our room, and those that were there looked very shady. The common rooms were also very dirty. Lastly, the hostel were filled with some very shady people, who stayed and drank day and night.

I think this hostel deserves some good feedback!! if you book into an eco hostel you should know what you're getting yourself in for. this place is a great location to the town, a free view point, and access to the river. the vibe was really chilled, felt like a hippy festival. the man at reception.. Angelito.. I think his name was.. was so friendly and funny!! the room was basic and a walk from the reception, they put up mozzie nets for us. thanks for a fun stay :)

The staff at this hostel is lovely, but… it really isn’t clean. A damp moldy smell got into my nose and wouldn’t leave, making it uncomfortable for me to even sleep. The kitchen really is quite disgusting, and this is coming from someone who lives in a student house. It pains me to give this place a low review, but it really needs a thorough clean, remodeling and mould inspection.
