New Dambulla City Hostel

We just moved New Dambulla City Hostel to a new cooler location. If you are looking for a fun chilled oasis in the middle of nature away from the noise of the city this is the right place to be! With its convenient location, the hotel offers easy access to the cities must-see destinations and makes a perfect base to explore the cultural triangle of Sri Lanka.

Featuring a lush green garden with many hammocks, , and bonfire pit, guests can relax at the common lounge area or enjoy a barbecue session on site; this is the perfect place to spend lazy days and amazing nights in a social/ friendly/ party atmosphere.
Spacious 4 bed dorms and double rooms with ensuite bathroom. Each bed is equipped with mosquito nets, individual fan, plug and locker. We also have rooms with and without AC available.
FREE COFFEE AND TEA ALL DAY
It has a shared kitchen fully equipped (stove, toaster, electric kettle, fridge) where you can cook your own food any time you wish so why not get together and cook a meal for you and your friends and use the dining area with garden view … oh and obviously! free coffee and tea all day – just help yourself!
At an additional cost we offer delicious continental breakfast (fruits, eggs, bread jam and butter), snacks and dinner, , laundry & ironing service, towels and locks. Free WiFi access throughout the property and free parking on site.
The hostel is just 3’ min walking from the main street and the supermarket “Cargills” and 15’ min walking from the bus station and 20’ min walking to Dambulla Cave Temple.
