David hostel offers amazing value for the price spent. As they say in the description, it is not a five star hotel when it comes to the facilities, but everything works just fine. The service is amazing! David and his wife are so sweet and helpful. They helped us with EVERYTHING! David accompanied us on a splendid city tour, showing us a hidden gem where we could swim in the Nile. He even helped us organise a customised way to Luxor with Mafdy! Only David is worth the stay! 😊 Thank you again!!

David and family were awesome, giving us good advice and assistance during our stay. The rooms are extremely affordable and quite comfortable. My group had two rooms - one on the ground floor w/private bath, which stayed very cool + a room on the 2nd level w/shared bath and fan - also stayed cool. Good WiFi reception can be sporadic in Egypt as a general rule, but during our stay the WiFi was strong enough that I was able to effortlessly stream Netflix and even download movies onto my tablet.

Great for the price. David is great at helping organising. Very big and clean rooms. Shower lovely and hot. Only downside is that its a little out of town but taxis/the shuttle can be easily caught.
