Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

When I arrived they told me the website wasn't working for them so the deposit I already paid to them didn't count, as well they did not honour the price that was on the website and insisted I pay more, then when I went in the morning to speak with the manager, he brushed me off and told me it wasn't his problem and to contact hostel world so I ended up going somewhere else anywway.

There was mold in the restroom. The floors were always wet. No windows only a fan that didn't help. The toilet stalls were always wet, small and uncomfortable. The rooms smelled terrible. The stairs mat were always wet. The rooms were way smaller than they appear in the pictures.

I stayed 2 weeks at this hostel being the less expensive one I had found... The experience I had was awful! - Rooms have no doors, you basically sleep in the aisle and share the environment with everyone else in the floor. - The hostel in general is very dirty, starting from the bathroom which has no ventilation and there is moisture all over the place. - BEDS HAVE BEDBUGS!! My entire body has been devoured by those bugs... Despite the fact that I asked to change beds and to have 'clean sheets',
