Although the staff is nice, all the rooms are infested by bedbugs which is unacceptable. Furthermore the receptionist only attends a few hours from late mornings to early afternoons, so many guests find difficult to check in. There are free lockers in each room which is fine and secure.

This place has bedbugs, woke up absolutely mauled by them, bites from top to bottom.If you’re backpacking you absolutely do not want these things to get into your bag so I’d suggest steering well clear of this place.

It would be better if the place is bit more organised. There was no reception and the personal was not the best when we spoke to him over the phone to get the entry passcode.
