The host is a very friendly and helpful guy. I had some issues with payment, he eagerly resolved it and gave me discount. By the time I've arrived to the hostel they still were finishing cleaning and repeating it after pandemic, but my room was clean and tidy. I like how rooms are made. For me, location is good because I wanted a quiet place and I am familiar with Santitam area. There are no tourist attractions nearby, but it's s easy to use grab to somewhere, the hostel is near the main road

The hostel is very clean and the staff we met were really lovely and helpful. However, the location is not ideal, we had to get taxis everywhere. As well as this, we would feel more secure if there was someone who sat on the welcome desk, as the description says 24hr security.
