The pros were that the place is pretty clean. Moreober it was close to the city and center and about 20 minute walk to get to the Guggenheim Musuem. It was a cheap place to stay. The cons were no AC in the rooms. The hostel is located in a rough neighborhood. There were no lockers in the room. The place has no kitchen. Staff was somewhat friendly. The vibe in the common room was not that great.

Super friendly staff. Secure environment close to some of Bilbao’s most interesting locations. Couple of dodgy streets nearby that are worth avoiding.

Nice hostel and met some cool people. 30 min walk from main bus station but is in a good location for walking to old town and 10/15 min walk from modern side. Had small issues with check in after having room changed twice and then door code not working 3 times.. took some time but eventually it was sorted. Thankfully I had my payment receipt as I was accused of not paying but the receipt cleared that up.. overall good
