The dormitory is taking on over-booking, and they had allocated my bed to someone else when I arrived early morning around 7am (instead of the previous night) - even after twice confirming my booking on phone. They asked me to wait till 11am for the bed that I had pre-booked one month in advance.
I had to argue a lot to either get a bed, or get a refund;
but fortunately someone checked out around 7:30am, and I was given a bed.
