The staff was nice but didn't address some issues. For example, there was late-night noise from guests talking and playing music. The bathroom was dirty, and I saw a cockroach. When I informed the staff, they did nothing. At midnight, a new guest arrived, and the staff turned on bright lights and made noise, disrupting those trying to sleep.

Excellent hostel, by far the best location in Porto Alegre, close to a big supermarket, pharmacy, bars, clubs, restaurants, and other nightlife, also a few steps away from a large park with a large and colourful Sunday flea market .. I always stay here..

Only stayed a few hours as I needed a place to hang for 6 hours in between long bus journeys. But I really liked the place in the short time I was, wish I could've stay a few days. Owner and staff are really cool, vibe was great and chilled. Nice building. Hope to make it back some day, would definitely visit here again when in Porto Alegre!!
