Common Grounds Pai is a Backpacker Hostel & Hangout in Pai City Center

A social backpacker hostel in the best location in town, Common Grounds Pai is the place to be to meet & bond with fellow travelers. During the day, we often have awesome things to do together like day trips around Pai to see the waterfalls and canyon or a chill day at the coolest pool in town (Fluid Swimming Pool). At night, we pregame at the hostel together until 9 pm and then hit the best bars and nightly events in town, from open mic nights to pub quizzes to dance parties. Since we close early, those that want a good night's sleep can get one comfortably. We have small dorms (6 beds each) with air-con, lockers, comfy beds, and individual power outlets. We can't wait to host you soon!

We aren't a party hostel so if you are looking for an absolutely mad time, you might want to look elsewhere, but each night we do pregame and socialize together in the communal area and then hit the best nightly events in town at the local bars, from live music to beer pong tournaments. We want the people who need a good night's sleep to be able to get one so please be quiet when coming home later after a great night out!

Directions:
Leaving the local bus station, go right, take your first right, and the hostel is down on the right (1-2 minute walk).

NEW PRIVATE ROOMS:
Our new private rooms can sleep 3 people (2 in a king-size bed, 1 on a comfy sofa-bed) at no additional cost. The cost is equivalent to 3 dorm beds so if your group of 3 wants the privacy of a private room but the social atmosphere of a hostel, this is an awesome room to book!
