We booked for 2 nights but left after the first one. The people are nice but the night there should cost not more than 10usd.

Reserved a room in the stone building. Upon checking this was not available, so instead they gave us a shack at the beach. This was not nice at all, made of wood and paper, run down, dirty and construction going on outside. So forget relax vacation Ask the owner for a cancellation since this is not what we booked. Not possible bla bla bla. Only after insisting multiple times he agreed. Not recommended

The entrance was questionable as you walk in darkness and through residential area. Some rats and some strange smell. The room was adequate (certainly not beach front). The property itself is beach front about 1km outside El Nido proper. Hot water and AC worked. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall not a bad place but maybe not value for money.
