I had the most pleasant stay at the Riad Jenan Adam and its next door neighbor Riad Riva. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The only thing that made things a bit complicated in the beginning was the that the telephone number was wrong in the email I received from Hostelworld. So getting to the Riad from the airport was a bit of a challenge. Once there however there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Service, room, food, location were excellent.

We loved staying at the Riad! The staff were wonderful, especially with a middle of the night medical emergency and ER visit--we felt very well taken care of. Only complaint was that after a very long day of travel we arrived and were told Riad Jenan Adam has several properties, so after an exhausting search to find the main Riad we had to haul our bags even further out of the main area to a satellite property. The internet also does not work in the rooms.

Everyone was extremely helpful at the riad. It can be difficult finding your way around the medina, but Hussein met as at the main road and walked us in.
Everything has been recently renovated and is super clean. The courtyard is stunning. I would definitely stay here again.
