Haven backpackers is a hostel located in Nuwara Eliya, 1.8 km from the city centre.we have totaly 16 bed.Haven backpackers features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge with a chill area (music station & board games) and a terrace.guest can visit most popular travel destination from haven backpackers. We are really close to the srilankan highest view point of santhipura it will take only 4km.and other opportunity as well.The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi.

Private room doesn’t lock from the outside although it feels safe this is something that should be fixed.
Staff were nice however no one was there for checkout so we just had to leave the payment in the room
Quite far from town if you’re on foot
If your driving the roads are narrow and steep

Superb
Very nice place. Its very close to the city. Little walk from main bus staion nuwara eliya.so very good clean room and private bathroom.great value for money. Good place to stay for budget travellers and backpackers.thank u very much for owner of the place (shasi).he will arranged tea factory and water fall tour as well.so i highly recommend this place :)

Good location & friendly staff. However that's as far as it goes. The staff use this space as a place to hang out with their friends, they were outside the room until late at night listening to music, talking really loudly, I counted 5 of them in the corridor at one point and seeing as though there was 2 out of 3 rooms booked it didn't seem likely they were all staff. They then returned at 7am listening to their music & hammering on walls. No consideration for guests at all not worth the money!!
