Habitaciones Barra89 is located in a building of new construction in a quiet part of Valencia with lot of restaurants and bars around. The hostel is located in the neighborhood of patraix, in front the hospital Dr. Peset, just near the bus stop and the taxi stop, and a 300 meters from the metro of patraix.

You will be received by the owner and he will help you in everything that you want.

The rooms have shared bathrooms (we have 4 with private bathroom), all the rooms have air-conditioning, TV, desk, free WiFi by optical fiber, fan, heater, wardrobe, sheets, towels. There is maid service every day. The rooms have modern decorated and they have lot of light.

Cancellation policy:
The property charge the first night, the rest of the payment you pay in arrival by cash, credit or debit cards. If you cancel 72 hours before arrival, the property refund the amount charged.
If the booking is non refundable, the property charge all the amount of the booking.
