Islas 8817 Guesthouse is the second nearest property from all airport terminals in Manila (1st Townhouse).
We recommend you check the Google map and find that the guesthouse is only 15 minutes from the airport. The place is so convenient in case you will have to fly the next day. You can spend only 11 pesos using the public transportation and using the airport shuttle (free) which will bring you to your designated airport terminal. Since the place is near the airport you can have a quick good rest upon your arrival from long hours flight.
Take note of the following:
Banks - There are 4different banks 150 meters from the guesthouse namely China bank, Landbank, Union bank , and BPI--this is the bank , you can withdraw your cash using your cash card
Supermarket 3 Big supermarket 300 meters away namely Puregold and Lianas.
Drugstore Big and small drugstores are also near.
Convenient store Ministop and local variety store open 24 hours.
Hospital Olivares Hospital 8 pesosaway by public transportaion.
Mall SM sucat mall and Mall of Asia

Very dirty , no linen , no air conditioning as promised , only a broken fan , dirty yard , big kept tidy or clean as were the disgusting shower toilet shared between however many people staying there
Room smelled of urine ,
I stayed less than I’ve hour after seeing the facilities
In hindsight I should not have paid the vendor first , the vendor refused to give a refund
Hostel world are liable too as they do not check the facilities of regulate what’s on the site

The state of the place is horrible. The pictures were not updated, there were dirty pots and pans everywhere, dirty furniture abandoned in the front yard, it was horrible.
The room I had was filled with old items, the air was dusty, it was just horrible.
You could’ve just cleaned the whole place man.
Never mind the facilities, the cheap price wouldve been understandable, but lack of hygiene is unacceptable.
