Our Homestay is located in the center of Sapa town, only 3 min walk from Sapa Church, right under the Old Street of Sapa town, convenient for you to visit famous tourist attractions.
Our rooftop overlooks beautiful mountain views in Vietnam where the highest mountain ( Fansipan 3143m). We have 15 private rooms and 24 beds in a dormitory with cozy space and a spacious waiting hall to relax with a public bathroom for showers. Rooms equipped with air-conditioning and hot shower, Free Wifi is available throughout the property, best price with a trekking tour through the village. Come to us, you will receive a friendly and enthusiastic welcome, experience the atmosphere of life right in the heart of Sapa town, learn about the culture of ethnic minorities living in Sapa land and visit famous tourist destinations.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, We will free of charge for your cancellation if You let us know soon.
**Bookings will only be reserved 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time; later, the booking will be canceled automatically with no refund. If you will arrive late, please inform us in advance.**

Check out from 05:00 to 11:00.

Great rooftop views. organised great group day trek. toilet and shower are combined which meant there was often a wait for the girls bathroom. very hot in rooms, has fans but not AC. great location and friendly staff. social atmosphere

Great hostel. No parking if you arrive on a motorbike but hotel at the top of the hill lets you park there. Really friendly staff and nice rooms
