Located in the best area of Alicante with a privileged location, Urban Rooms Alicante offers cozy and bright rooms just 300 meters from the central market, where you can enjoy the best tapas and typical dishes of the area. Ideal for travelling with family or friends, given the wide range of leisure and cultural activities nearby (Explanada de Espaa, Santa Barbara Castle, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Town Hall Square), and of course, enjoying the best beaches in Alicante, just 800 meters from the Postiguet beach.

We have the best connection by public transport with the rest of the city and with the nearest towns such as San Juan (of great tourist interest).

All rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, 5G WiFi and air conditioning/heating, with free use of our two modern, fully refurbished bathrooms with large showers and bathroom accessories.

In addition, although we do not have a kitchen, we have a dining area where you can enjoy a nice meal with your family and friends and make use of our coffee maker, fridge, microwave and toaster.

Please ask about the possibility of bringing your pet to the establishment, as there is a supplement for the stay.

1. An advance payment will be required to formalize the reservation to be made during the 3 days prior to arrival.

2. Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival.

3. In case of cancellation during the three days prior to arrival, or No Show, the amount of the first night will be charged without refund.

4. Check in from 15.00 to 22.00 - Check out before 12.00 pm.

5. Payment of the remaining amount of the reservation must be made on arrival. Cash, credit and debit cards accepted.

6. Reception from 09.00 to 22.00.

7. No curfew.
