Our small house in front of the beach, wants to offer the best natural attributes of Nicaragua. Just 45 minutes from Managua, we want our guests to feel at home but living as local people in the area interacting with the waves and nature that the ecosystem has.

On this beach you are practically alone, it is not very inhabited and you will have an incomparable peace.We provide transportation; , the price will depend on the people who will be staying.

The beach has many natural attractions; Surfing; Two of the most well-known sites are San Diego Point and Asuchillo Beach.

The house has 2 rooms, the first with 3 bunk beds with 2 spaces, that is, 6 beds, and the other room with a double bed and a single bed, that is, 3 spaces. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. We also have 2 tents to sleep in the sand, and hammocks. It also has free WIFI, surfboards for rent, bicycles for rent, 4-wheel motorcycle for rent.
