Terrible. The staff I spoke with were rude to me and another woman I spoke to. Also unhelpful with moving to another room due to a man clearly having a viral illness in the dorm, saying that nowhere was available when a simple search showed this wasn’t the case. There are many school trips here and nothing was done about the disruption the schookids caused in the night, running around and banging on wall. Dust in bed. I could go on but if you have any desire to sleep or enjoy your time, avoid.

Everything was good [Location- 2 minutes walk from central train station/ Hbf, value for money, extremely clean rooms and linen, courteous staff] except for one minor flaw. No locks provided to the lockers. Since it is a dormitory, I guess locks should have been provided.
