The mosquito nets have a lot of holes in the rooms, and the restaurant / balconies have minimal furnishing to be comfortable. Then I spent a lot of time going back and forth with the receptionist about transport to the airport, and in the end I paid 2.5x what I paid to arrive from the airport. The front desk should give customers full information about their options and let them decide so they don’t get ripped off.

If you are looking for a budget friendly stay in Mombasa, this is a good option. The location is nice and the pool and bar area are also. The rooms are basic but the private ensuite good do with some kind of an upgrade.
